This week, I’ll be using Driscoll’s reflective model: "What? So what? Now what?" to review my work and plan for the future.

What?
In Week 4, I focused on creating the user journey map and the Kawa value map, with a particular emphasis on analyzing my brother’s daily behaviors and emotional shifts as the primary research subject. From the timeline of a day, his emotions are seen evolving from morning curiosity and interest, to disdain towards school food, relaxing in the afternoon, and eventually experiencing anxiety in the evening. By night, he finds that only gaming helps him relax. These emotional changes highlight the ups and downs in his daily academic life and suggest underlying behavioral patterns.
So What?
These findings have significant implications for my project. The results from the user journey map indicate that the target audience may have specific preferences and challenges that need to be addressed to ensure the product's success. Understanding the audience’s needs will help me better tailor the project. I plan to consider using cat-themed characters, which might align more closely with the audience’s interests, thus enhancing engagement and affinity. Furthermore, recognizing social media as a promotional tool suggests that my marketing strategy should leverage these platforms more to reach and connect with the audience.

Now What?
Moving forward, I will focus on the design and development of the project prototype. First, I will start designing the game characters and create side profile illustrations to define their visual style and overall appearance. I will also work on creating the storyboard for the project to plan out the various scenes and narratives, ensuring a clear and cohesive storyline. Next, I will develop prototype sketches to quickly demonstrate the basic concepts and interactions, particularly how users engage with heart rate testing devices and the product. Prototype testing will follow, allowing me to refine and improve the design based on feedback.
