Define and categorize problems and findings
By summarizing the phenomena and problems found in the topic of the previous chapter. I have expanded and categorized the content information appropriately. I used the classification question type provided by the teacher because it was similar and more detailed and accurate to the topic I had classified myself. It covers the types of phenomena I can study, what I'm interested in in the information, what needs to be changed, and the impact of that change. Research on these types of questions allows me to further understand my topic and expand the information I gather.
BRAINSTORM
In the brainstorming process, I found that the essence of time management is energy management. People have limited energy in a day and cannot concentrate on one thing all the time.
What surprises me is that typing speed can affect productivity. Because now people's life and office cannot leave electronic devices when people learn to use computer software flexibly and properly improve their typing speed can improve work efficiency.
But what I'm most interested in is the effect of psychology on productivity. Because it is the age when students cannot control their emotions well. Faced with many tasks, students will have a lot of emotions and reduce their work efficiency.
These questions and information can help me guide the direction of my next research.

Then I thought about different questions about How might according to my brainstorming. Make a presentation about the different aspects and areas of interest to me.
Finally, I further developed the work efficiency of the topic into time management through the problem statement. Because I find that low productivity is closely related to problems in time management and I have a broader understanding of the issues that can be investigated in terms of time. Through the definition of the theme, I can better carry out the next step of time management research.
MIND MAP
Then I classified the aspects involved in time management and made a mind map. This includes research on psychological factors, planning and implementation, and working styles. In the process of making mind maps, my cognition of time management has new dimensions and new ideas and information have been generated.

Conclusion
This project enabled me to conduct a further study on work efficiency. Finally, I summarize the aspects of time management into several aspects. The influence of psychological factors on people's enthusiasm, the planning and implementation of the schedule, and the waste of time caused by task pressure and difficulty. Finally, I decided on the topic of How might we apply time management properly? Because I find that the use of time management determines work efficiency. Time is the basis to measure one's work progress and ability.
